14-YEAR OLD PIANIST ANASTASIA RIZIKOV PARTICIPATES IN LIVE WEBCAST

HALIFAX, NS – Debut Atlantic is excited to share a live webcast of a videoconference session with 14-year old pianist Anastasia Rizikov who is currently touring Atlantic Canada as a Debut Atlantic Artist. Newfoundland’s Department of Education’s Centre for Distance Learning and Innovation (CDLI) will host a videoconference session on Wednesday, September 25 from 11:30am to 12:30pm AST (12:00noon – 1:00pm NL). An interactive session for students in schools around Newfoundland & Labrador, the live webcast is available for the first time for a broader audience.

Andrew Mercer, a CDLI music educator, will host the session from Spaniard’s Bay, NL while Anastasia will be playing and chatting with students from Truro, NS.
