Music Monday – A Full Day Celebration
of Music Across Canada!
Held on every first Monday in May, Students, community groups, musicians and artists across the country joined their voices to sing the Music Monday anthem ‘Sing it together’ and are involved in special events across the country.
Debut Atlantic was thrilled to get involved this year and partnered with some local schools and community hubs in HRM for some special pop-up concerts in recognition of this fantastic day.
Our activities on May 1st, 2017:
930am-1030am – Cellist Maia Bruce – Halifax International Airport, Endfield
11:00am-12:00pm – Cellist Maia Bruce – Canada Games Centre, Halifax
1:15pm-2:00pm – Maritime Brass Quintet – Lockview High School, Fall River
2:30pm-3:15pm – Maritime Brass Quintet – Millwood High School, Lower Sackville
5:30pm-6:30pm – Maritime Brass Quintet – Sunnyside Mall, Bedford
